At Living Fit After 50 our mission is to help men & women over 50 to have happier ,healthier lives with less aches & pains, more energy, and better mobility. 

We are in the business of transforming lives by giving the clients we work with the tools and skills they need to enjoy a healthier lifestyle. Our focus is on the the individuals’ needs of each and every person we workout with and we tailor our programs not just to add years to your life but life to your years.


We know not everyone wants to spend hours a day working out or to have that "bodybuilder" look. If that's your goal, AWESOME, but honestly we probably aren't the place for you.

We welcome people  of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels especially those who are just starting out on their fitness journey. If you’ve ever felt out of place at the gym or been afraid to go for fear others will judge you then we are the place for you.
Our programs and routines are custom designed by highly experienced, certified trainers who like our members are over 50 themselves and who understand that sometimes adaptations need to be made as we get older. 
 
We train not only to help our clients lose weight or get toned but to enable them to do every day things like getting up off the couch or out of the car, pulling a box off a shelf or carrying in the groceries as well as helping them to have the energy to do the things they want to do and be able to enjoy life. 

 

And unlike many fitness programs we don't use a cookie cutter approach or do the same repetitve things over and over.  We ensure that each person is treated as an individual and gets the attention they deserve. 

Our focus is on helping you be the best YOU, you can be. Whatever you're goals or abilities we adapt our workouts to you.  You see, we know that no one exercise program fits all and we provide alternatives and modification to anyone who needs them.

 

We want our clients to succeed and go the extra mile to help them reach their goals. We are your partner whether it’s providing motivation, holding you accountable or just making sure you get to your goals.
